Walking in a Temple Wonderland...

We decided to see the lights at Temple Square. It was so pretty and was definitely like walking in a wonderland. Mark took some fun pictures to capture some of the beauty so we thought we'd share them with everyone.

Well, this obviously isn't a picture of lights but we stopped to take a quick picture in front of the big tree in the Joseph Smith Memorial Building's lobby.

The snow added a nice appeal to the beauty. The trees seemed to sparkle even more because of all the white. Plus it added a bit of a serene feeling. This picture is looking North toward the conference center. The reflecting pool had floating candles you can kind of see here.

These trees were in front of the Church Administration Building. These next pictures don't even need a description...they're just pretty.

So that was our trip to Temple Square. One of my favorite parts was all the nativities they had. Outside on the far east side of the temple there were different large nativity scenes from around the world. The Joseph Smith Memorial building had a lot of mini nativities from all over...it was so fun to see them all. Too bad we didn't get any pictures...but the lights were definitely amazing. Hope you enjoyed! :)
